SMA customers always have a personal contact and can rest assured that initial valuable information is already incorporated during the enquiry stage in order to obtain a product that can be manufactured efficiently. The complete offer phase is shaped by the continuous improvement of the design and the individual steps in the manufacturing process.
We co-operate closely with your engineers at this stage through our experienced resident engineers, who we like to integrate into the planning teams at our customers. This allows us to optimise the product development noticeably.

When a joint project goes into “series”, SMA customers enjoy once again the benefits of a genuine, deep customer orientation. For us it is very important that each project is accompanied and controlled by a technical project manager. This project manager is part of the team right from the placement of the order and accompanies all processes through to series introduction. As a result of that he is acquainted with all requirements and specifications down to the smallest detail. Thus, in terms of content, nothing gets lost between sales and series project planning. Communication losses are reliably avoided.
Whether oil pipe, cooling system or compressed air pipe – our qualified staffs keep hold of the reins on site and ensure a smooth production process.
As an experienced, mid-size automotive supplier we know that time is money and adherence to schedules is an important commodity. Through a qualified product creation process (SMArtPEP) with continual maturity checks (quality gates), we ensure that the product startup in the series succeeds smoothly at the specified SOP date.

As already mentioned, customer orientation is very important to us. Following the successful start of series production, personal contact with the project manager responsible for you is maintained. Your project manager naturally accompanies the further processes until EOP. In this way we ensure that change requests or other wishes on the part of the customer can be dealt with and implemented competently.
